This Cookie Policy is an integral part General Terms and Conditions and Security Policy online platform https://backofficeoutsourcing.eu(hereinafter: "Platform"). By accessing, browsing or using the services available on the Platform, you accept the terms and conditions set out in the above documents.
To facilitate the use of the Platform, BackOffice Outsourcing Sp. z o.o., as its owner (hereinafter: "Owner"), with its registered office at Al. United States 72/12, 04-036 Warszawa, NIP: PL1132867570, informs that it uses cookies and other technologies with similar functionality (hereinafter: "Cookies").
The Owner is the administrator of data obtained via Cookies - both its own and from third parties - and decides on the purposes, scope and method of processing this information.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files sent by a website to the user's browser. Their task is to facilitate the use of the website, improve its security and remember important information, e.g. previously entered data.
What types of cookies do we use?
- Necessary– files required for the proper functioning of the website. Disabling them prevents you from using the Platform.
- Statistical– allow you to analyze how the website is used in order to improve its functionality and structure.
- Functional (experimental)– Provide better user experience. Rejecting these files may result in limited functionality of the website.
- Marketing– enable personalization of content and matching offers based on the user's interests and activity.
How do we use cookies?
Personal data or other confidential information is not collected or stored via cookies. Cookies are used only to improve the operation of the Platform and for statistical analysis.
How to manage or delete cookies?
The way cookies are managed depends on the web browser used. Detailed instructions can be found in the tab Help or Settings of the given browser. It is possible to completely block cookies or selectively delete them.
Outsourcing calculator and usage reporting
Calculations are performed in the browser. No data is transferred to BackOffice Outsourcing until the user submits the form or separately consents to analytics.
Data submitted with an enquiry
After submission we process the company name, full name, position, email address, optional telephone number and company website, company size and location, preferred contact method, implementation timeframe, optional needs description, calculation inputs and result, audit answers, page language, referral and campaign parameters, and basic device and screen information. The purpose is to deliver the result, respond and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Optional analytics
After separate consent we may record calculator events such as starting calculations, features used, audit completion and form submission, together with a pseudonymous session identifier and basic technical data. The analytical report does not link a full IP address to an email address. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Security and retention
Analytical data is retained for no more than 90 days. Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months after the last contact unless a contract or law requires longer retention. The hosting provider may process IP addresses in short-lived security logs on the basis of the legitimate interest in protecting the service.
