BackOffice 360°: expanding our service range for businesses
From correspondence and print to finance, administration, project teams and digital solutions - discover the expanded BackOffice 360° model.

BackOffice Outsourcing has long supported companies with correspondence, printing, inserting and mailing. We are now extending this model to processes that sit between administration, finance, customer service and day-to-day operations. BackOffice 360° lets a business entrust one task, a larger part of a workflow or a coordinated set of services to one partner.
The expansion does not change our operating principle: scope, ownership, deadlines, input data and reporting are agreed before launch. A client can start with one area and expand as volume grows or new needs emerge.
Twelve BackOffice 360° support areas
Correspondence and documents
We handle daily mail, serial and bulk correspondence, document workflows and e-COK. The scope may include collection, registration, scanning, routing, deadline control, reporting and archiving of agreed data.
Production, printing and mailing
We prepare data, personalise, print, fold and insert documents before handing them over for dispatch. Business envelopes and business printing complement the workflow, bringing operational and brand materials into one controlled process.
Finance and receivables
The expanded scope includes Credit Controlling: receivables and due-date monitoring, ageing reports, contractor risk, soft collections and agreed KPIs. We also support finance and accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Record to Report, reconciliations, month-end support, Inventory and Cost Accounting, controls and process documentation. Activities are delivered within the agreed scope and in the client's systems.
Administration, BPO and flexible teams
We can take over recurring administration, data work, registers, deadline monitoring and reporting. We also provide permanent, seasonal or project-based teams. A dedicated service covers penalty notice mailing, ticket returns and postal complaints - from dispatch preparation to the control of returns and cases requiring clarification.
Digital solutions
We design and publish business websites with mobile layouts, essential SEO and a clear presentation of the offer. This complements the operational back office for organisations that want to improve both internal workflows and market communication.
One service or a connected workflow
BackOffice 360° does not require a full bundle. A company may outsource only printing and mailing, receivables monitoring or temporary administrative support. Greater value often comes from connecting stages - for example document registration, e-COK handling, an administrative action, correspondence production and final reporting.
This reduces handovers, supports one operating standard and makes ownership of the outcome clearer. Before launch, we document the workflow, exceptions, decision owners, data exchange, security controls and quality measures.
How to decide where to start
- Identify tasks that repeatedly take specialists away from their core work.
- Record volume, seasonality, deadlines and common exceptions.
- Compare the full internal cost with the service cost, not just hourly rates.
- Select one measurable scope for a pilot.
- After the pilot, decide which stages should be connected.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to buy the full BackOffice 360° package?
No. You can choose one service, several connected stages or a broader workflow and expand the scope after a pilot.
Can the new services be delivered in the client's systems?
Where the process requires it, activities can be performed in agreed client systems under defined access rights and procedures.
Which process should be outsourced first?
Start with a repeatable, measurable and well-described task that consumes specialist time or creates workload peaks.
Can the scope cover several branches or languages?
Yes. After process analysis we can define a common standard, roles, reporting and required language variants for several branches.
